Pathbrite Analytics Dashboard
Portfolio Analytics is the biggest release and the most important project in all projects I've done at Pathbrite. The timeframe is 4months. It offers users a clear and fun way to track how their work being viewed and shared. It also increase retention rate and engagement for product itself.

I. Google Analytics: Active User Drop-off
01 Our 30 day active user rate is consistently around 17k.
02 24% loss in users over a week and 43% loss over 30 days.
This chart represents the total number of visitors that consistently visit the platform over a time period. 30 Day Active (most top bar) for example means they visited at least once in the last 30 days.
2. Quick Survey - Why you use the product
01 Most of users are pulled from education product to portfolio product.
02 Most of them create portfolio for school/intern/job application.

We conduct a quick usability testing right after releasing phase I, and results shows people have great interest in the "viewer activity" feature.
9. Achievement
- By using entice email, incredible amount of users come back to view and edit their portfolios.
- Overall share and view rate increased.
- Each data piece in the analytics page includes call to action buttons has good click through rate.
